Our Prevention offerings are designed for women who want to take a more proactive approach to their breast health. Whether you are navigating a high-risk diagnosis, a known mutation, or simply a desire to understand your breast health more fully, two distinct pathways exist to help you move forward — each meaningful alone, and stronger together.

The Breast Cancer Prevention Program is a self-paced course that walks you through the science of risk: the metabolic and hormonal drivers, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies, how to interpret your screening results, targeted supplements supported by research, and how to build a personal prevention plan you can actually follow. Designed for high-risk women, BRCA mutation carriers, and those with any known high-penetrance mutation — this is the course women wish they had been given the moment they learned they were high risk.

The TEARS Test offers a different kind of clarity. By evaluating biological signals in your tear fluid that are associated with breast cancer risk, it provides a non-invasive, clinically informed window into your current biological environment.
