• Women with BRCA or other high‑penetrance genetic mutations.

• Women previously told they are “too high risk” for hormone therapy.

• Women with a history of breast cancer (including HR+ disease) seeking carefully considered options.

• Women whose menopausal symptoms are significantly affecting daily life and who want an evidence‑driven, collaborative approach.
