Jenn was sixteen when her cousin, acclaimed songwriter Linda Creed, died of metastatic breast cancer, just weeks after Whitney Houston’s recording of Linda’s song “The Greatest Love of All” reached number one. That loss set the course for everything that followed.
Philadelphia’s first.
She became Philadelphia’s first fellowship-trained breast surgeon and spent 17 years leading the field, caring for thousands of women at the very top of conventional medicine.
Her own illness changed everything.
When sickness arrived at her own door, it revealed the profound limits of the system she served: treating tumors while ignoring the bodies that grew them. She discovered functional medicine, creating health rather than only fighting disease, and never looked back.
